The following requirements must be met by candidates in order to be eligible:
For the Fall 2020 semester, candidates must be currently enrolled, or soon to be enrolled, as a full-time student at a Title IV accredited, non-profit college or university in the United States.
A permanent resident or a citizen of the United States may apply (including DACA students)
