How to Make Falling Asleep Less Difficult

Human beings require a good night’s sleep, a sound night’s sleep, and a nice night’s sleep, because the body requires it whether you like it or not.
Eat early, by 6:00 p.m., or 4 hours before bedtime, to allow time for digestion. Also, if possible, walk 81 to 400 feet back and forth, which you can do in your compound, will help you sleep better for the rest of your life.

TO HELP YOU SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT, BE IN THE COMPANY OF GOOD FRIENDS ON A DAILY BASIS.

Debts have the ability to reduce your sleeping hours, to stay in your mind without requiring much thought, and to cause you not to work as much as you would like during the day in order to free yourself from your creditor. Please be aware of this so that you can sleep well at all times.
As our Creator stated, the law of attraction exists; all you have to do is have a happy mental attitude at all times.

Do not argue with somebody two or three hours before going to bed; disagreement is a powerful tablet that can keep you awake at night.

Have a good night’s sleep, a good night’s sleep, and a peaceful night’s sleep every night.
